FrancesRay Jules in Boston, Massachusetts, is a professional salon catering to our clients. To ensure everyone gets the high-quality services they deserve in a calming environment, we have instituted the following policies regarding hair appointments for our services.
Appointment
A credit card number will be required when booking one of our services. If the appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the total service will be charged to the credit card given. An 18% gratuity will be added to the service total.
Late Appointments
We strive to always accommodate all of our clients, and we are aware of how busy your life can be. However, it is extremely important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will affect our efforts to perform the best possible service, so we ask you to alter the service or reschedule the appointment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any service or dollar amount. They are not redeemable for cash or retail products and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Payment
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
